Noted senior lawyer of the Supreme Court Prashant Bhushan will challenge former RJD parliamentarian Mohammed Shahabuddin's bail in the Supreme Court. Then I agreed to seek cancellation of bail in the Supreme Court. Shahabuddin was granted bail by Patna high court after 11 years in Rajiv Roshan murder case. The family has expressed fear for their lives from Shahabuddin and said that if Prashant Bhushan takes up their case and appeals in Supreme Court against bail granted to Shahabuddin, they would welcome it. The family wants Shahabuddin's bail to be cancelled and he be sent to jail again.
