ACDThey called for the public and private sector to tighten their partnerships and draw people to their plans and the execution of the plans. Prayut made the comments during his keynote address to the ACD Connect Business Forum before today's convening of the ACD Summit in Bangkok. The summit will be attended by the leaders of the cooperation pact's 34 nation members. Prayut said that at the summit he would encourage ACD members to come up with action plans to prioritise things they could achieve, in an effort to achieve their respective goals, rather than merely devise hundreds of memorandum of understandings that did not get executed. "The challenge is how we can support the development of domestic financial markets so each country can finance infrastructure developments by themselves," he said.
