Kate Ferdinand has returned to her strict training regime after recently announcing she's pregnant with her first child. The 29-year-old former TOWIE star has announced she's expecting her first baby with her ex-footballer hunk husband Rio Ferdinand; the newborn will be his fourth child. But it appeared Kate was determined to stay in shape as she's got back into her daily exercise sessions with Rio. Kate and Rio's YouTube channel has 19.1k dedicated subscribers and the pair have regularly posted on during the lockdown. Last week, Kate and Rio sent fans into meltdown with the announcement of their first baby together.
