Earlier in the day, Liverpool take on Everton in the Merseyside derby at 2pm, with both sides harbouring their own European aspirations. Manchester City will also have a tough test against another London club during their run-in, with Chelsea awaiting on Sky Sports at 4.30pm on Sunday April 12. Elsewhere in the title race, Arsenal will host Newcastle United at the Emirates at 5.30pm on Saturday April 25. The final Super Sunday of the month on April 26 will see Burnley host Manchester City at 2pm ahead of Brighton vs Chelsea at 4.30pm.
