LIVERPOOL’S Premier League visit to Brighton was delayed by 15-minutes following an accident nearby. Just under 40 minutes before the scheduled 12.30pm start at Brighton‘s American Express Stadium, the club confirmed a short delay. With eight league games to go, Liverpool are hoping to secure Champions League qualification for next season. A win at Brighton will see them leapfrog Aston Villa into fourth place, four points clear of sixth-placed Chelsea. Yankuba Minteh and Danny Welbeck will look to cause trouble for a leaky Liverpool defence.
