In a news shared by Joy Entertainment and sighted by GhanaWeb on March 1, 2026, it was noted that Gideon Aryeequaye has not yet been assigned to a specific position in his new role at the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts. Gideon Aryeequaye appointed Acting Executive Secretary of Creative Arts AgencyGideon Aryeequaye was appointed Acting Executive Secretary of Ghana’s Creative Arts Agency in March 2025. He previously served as Head of News at E.TV Ghana and is also recognised for hosting the Ghana Most Beautiful programme on TV3. As an active member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Gideon Aryeequaye once contested in the party’s parliamentary primaries for the Bortianor-Ngleshie-Amanfrom constituency in 2012 but was unsuccessful.
