The by-elections, conducted on Thursday, saw UDA candidates sweep all four seats in contests marked by relatively low voter turnout. Elsewhere, UDA’s Duncan Muratia won the Evurore Ward seat in Embu County with 7,853 votes, while Peterson Njeru clinched the Muminji ward seat with 3,207 votes.
