The schedule now is disrupted because Mr. Trump rejected the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates’ plan to hold the Oct. 15 debate virtually. Mr. Biden’s campaign said he would take part in a virtual debate. The Trump campaign has asked for the Oct. 15 debate to be pushed back a week and for a third presidential debate on Oct. 29. The Biden campaign rejected the request for a debate that late in the month. The next presidential debate is scheduled to take place Oct. 15 in Miami and the final debate is set for Oct. 22 in Nashville, Tenn.
