Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam on Thursday said the interim government expects a record voter turnout in the upcoming election, with full security and a free, fair, and inclusive process. “There has been no clash, no violence, and the number of candidates is also sufficient. On average, more than eight candidates are participating per constituency, and over 50 political parties have nominated candidates for the election,” he said.
