Pending the outcome of a special meeting of city council later today in Prince Albert, Sask., residents and businesses could be under strict water restrictions. But that all hinges on the people and businesses of Prince Albert conserving water in the meantime. We are anticipating this will allow us to continue to offer safe potable drinking water," said Jim Toye, city manager with Prince Albert.
