The Duke of Sussex and Prince William, 38, were said to have hatched the plan for their mum's statue three years ago, before the current rift in the royal family. The statue is due to be unveiled on July 1 which would've been Princess Diana's 60th birthday. But there has been speculation that Prince Harry would not return for the event due to tensions heightening between the brothers since the 37-year-old and Meghan, 39, announced they would quit as senior royals last year. But a palace insider told Page Six that Harry would "absolutely" be there for the important event in the summer.
