Guests were drawn from various NHS workforces across Scotland and were nominated by a panel of health boards and members of NHS Charities Together, of which William and Kate are patrons. Turns out this wasn’t their only tribute to late family members. Diana sported a similar look in 1992 for a day of royal duties in Nottingham, England. But while the People’s Princess wore matching blue heels, Kate opted for tan suede heels by Gianvito Rossi and a matching clutch from Métier.
