The Duke battled the virus in April 2020 - and was forced to self-isolate from his family as he struggled to breathe. William wrote: "On Tuesday I received my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.To all those working on the vaccine rollout - thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do." William, who is left-handed, was pictured receiving his jab in his right arm after rolling up the sleeve of his top. The Prince of Wales, 72, caught the potentially deadly bug in March 2020 and self-isolated for a week in Scotland.
