School principal Idle Abdi has been released on Sh300,000 bond after denying rape charges. The Habaswein Mixed Secondary School head was arrested on Sunday for allegedly raping a KCSE candidate in Wajir County. Sub-county commissioner Abdihakim Jubat said the 18-year-old candidate was admitted to Habaswein General hospital. Education CS Amina Mohamed on Thursday said the country is facing a crisis "if this is an all-year-round phenomenon."
