The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has made an arrest in an assault at Prince of Wales Collegiate in St. John's, police said Friday. At least 20 students exposed to sprayPolice were called to Prince of Wales Wednesday morning after staff discovered students fighting outside on school property. When the RNC arrived, they discovered that students had been exposed to the suspected bear spray, which irritates the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. At least 20 people were affected by the suspected bear spray, police said, but nobody was seriously injured.
