June 29, 2021 by Aazam Ameen No CommentsThe findings of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) and Military investigations into the alleged presence of Chinese Military personnel at the site of a Chinese Joint Venture to clean up the Tissamaharama Weva, have revealed that no foreign military presence exists at the site, Cabinet Spokesman Keheliya Rambukwella said today (29). He noted that the findings of the investigations highlight that such allegations of Chinese Military personnel present in the country are “baseless”.
