A gauge of U.S. business prices rose slightly in November, but the pace of gains moderated from recent months. The producer-price index, a measure of the prices businesses receive for their goods and services, edged up a seasonally adjusted 0.1% in November from a month earlier, the Labor Department said Tuesday. That followed a heftier 0.6% increase in October and a 0.2% climb in September.
