Before that, Regan lived in a condominium near Old Mill Road and Bloor Street West for eight months without paying any rent. And several people have since contacted CBC News alleging that apartments aren't the only thing Regan has avoided paying for. Terry Finlay says Regan has yet to pay for $18,000 worth of furniture he delivered more than a year ago. They agreed to a payment plan, Finlay says, with Regan to provide a deposit when the furniture was delivered. Finlay says Regan has had the furniture for more than 18 months and has yet to pay a dime.
