Kozinski, who served as the chief judge on the 9th Circuit from 2007 to 2014, remains a prominent judge, well known in the legal community for his colorful written opinions. As a judge, Kozinski has addressed the topic of sexual harassment in important ways. “But who knew, who understood, that it was quite so pervasive,” Kozinski wrote.
