THREE newly promoted police officers received their insignia during the state-level 214th Police Day celebration in Kedah. Rahaman Arsad, Mohamad Ismail Ibrahim and Brandon Richard Joe who have been promoted to the rank of Senior Asst Comm, Asst Comm and Deputy Supt respectively. DSP Brandon will work at the Special Branch Department at Kedah police headquarters. Comm Hasanuddin also gave out letters of appreciation to 33 police officers, policemen, retired police officers and members of non-governmental organisations at the celebration held at the state police contingent headquarters. Others recipients were from the Retired Senior Police Officers’ Association of Malaysia, Malaysia Ex-Police Association and Police Family Association.
