(CNN) A former Drug Enforcement Administration spokesman who posed as a covert CIA operative in an alleged fraud scheme has kept a similar operation going for two months after pleading guilty, federal prosecutors say. Prosecutors want his bail revoked as he awaits his sentencing, saying he's continued his fraudulent efforts. Courtney "should be remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal until sentencing in this matter," prosecutors said in the motion. He faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced on October 23, prosecutors said. He will have a chance to respond in court before appearing before a judge at a hearing next Wednesday.
