Jessica Elsey has the shock of her life when she discovered she was expecting triplets - and that she would be raising them solo. When she first discovered she was pregnant, Jessica was living in London and the now 26-year-old was really enjoying the life she had carved out for herself. Then, one night, when visiting Cornwall, what was supposed to be a harmless evening of making pancakes, turned into making triplets. Being a single mum is difficult for many reasons but I’m in no way saying it’s not difficult for others too. I’m really very aware of other causes due to managing within the charity sector for four years before the babies.
