Duterte thanked Putin for making Sputnik V available to the Philippines. Sputnik V, developed by Gamaleya Institute, is the second government-procured vaccine delivered to the country after Sinovac's CoronaVac vaccine. The country has so far received 80,000 Sputnik V doses.
