LONDON — As New York gets ready to build a plinth for newly commissioned art on the High Line, London on Thursday unveiled the five contenders for the sculpture platform on Trafalgar Square known as the Fourth Plinth. Models of all five works are on display through March 26 at the National Gallery in London. The program is run by the office of the mayor of London, which also provides partial financing.
