Qurate Retail QRTEB -2.87% Group, a subsidiary of Qurate Retail Inc., named former J.C. Penney Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey Davis as head of its finance team. The West Chester, Pa., retailer said Mr. Davis will start as CFO on Oct. 15. He succeeds Ted Jastrzebski, who departed the company—then known as QVC Group—in February to join UGI Corp. UGI 1.09%
