MANILA, Philippines — Britain's Queen Elizabeth II and her family are "delighted" at the birth of a daughter to her grandson Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Buckingham Palace said in a statement Sunday. Meghan gave birth last Friday at the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California.
