Shashi Kapoor, arguably the best-looking Kapoor, the youngest son of legendary actor Prithviraj Kapoor, died today at the age of 79. Kapoor, who made his debut in 1961 with the film Dharamputra, has featured in over 160 films. Kapoor, a three-time National Award winner, was honoured with the Padma Bhushan in 2011 and the Dadasaheb Phalke award in 2015. Shashi Kapoor, who ruled the silver screen for decades, is also known as a crossover star, for his work in Hollywood films like The Householder and Shakespeare-Wallah. India's first international star, Shashi Kapoor made an indelible mark on Hollywood too.
