Police said a closed-circuit television footage from the complainant’s neighbor showed that a short man with long hair was seen pushing Meneses’ motorcycle. The minor suspect was turned over to the custody of the Women and Children’s Protection Desk for proper disposition. On June 8, the suspect showed signs of paranoia.
