“I cam here as early as 4:45 am to stand in queue in order to be one of the first persons to cast my ballot in favor of my prefered presidential candidate. Today’s runoff election in Liberia has drawn the attention of the international community making sure that election observers from around the globe are properly seated here to eagerly observe today’s election. Already the National Democratic Institute (NDI) is fielding an international election observation mission for the presidential run-off election, as the leadership of the delegation is here to witness the polls. Also in Liberia to observe the runoff election is the head of AU Election Observation Mission to the Republic of Liberia H.E. Moussa Faki Mahamat, has approved the re-deployment of African Union (AU) observers to observe the conduct of today’s runoff.
