First Lady Rachel Ruto on Thursday launched the First Lady Mazingira Award targeting schools across 47 counties. Students in both public and private schools will be recognised in the new award. The award will target learners, including those with special needs, in over 89,000 public and private primary and secondary schools in all 47 counties of Kenya."
