Winds have weakened and typhoon Higos is gradually moving away from Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Observatory said that when typhoon threat recedes, the warnings will be canceled. Public bus operator KMB and Long Win Bus said limited services have resumed from 11:00 am. Services on the MTR lines have gradually resumed. The company also announced that their services running between Central and Ping Chau will resume at 12:15pm.
