The 2016 International Forum will be held on July 25-28 during the Democratic National Convention alongside the Democrat Convention. Cord leader Raila Odinga has left for the United States to attend the National Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia. The National democratic institute has organised an ILF at every convention since 1984. Raila who left on Saturday night is also scheduled to meet other US leaders on the sidelines of the Convention," Spokesman Dennis Onyango said in a statement. Raila is among African leaders that will join other ambassadors, leaders of political parties, ministers and members of the US-based diplomatic corps.
