A day after Raila concluded his Western tour, Senator Moses Wetang’ula accused him of not consulting or including him. ODM leader Raila Odinga is expected back in Western mid this month, just few weeks after concluding another tour of his restive stronghold. City lawyer Edwin Sifuna said Raila will visit Bungoma and Trans-Nzoia counties. The ODM Kakamega county secretary said plans are complete. Butere MP Andrew Toboso yesterday said other than Bungoma and Trans Nzoia, Raila will visit Kakamega’s Likuyani, Lugari, Ikolomani, Malava, Navakholo, Khwisero, Butere and Shinyalu subcounties.
