The weather bureau said mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Mindanao. Meanwhile, the frontal system to the north of Luzon may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains and isolated thunderstorms in Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Cagayan, and Batanes. The rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
