A man in Rajasthan's Bharatpur was issued a challan for not wearing a helmet. Vishnu Sharma was driving a Maruti van when police personnel stopped him and told that he to pay a challan. According to sources, even though Sharma told police that his papers were in order, they remained adamant on ensuring that he paid up. Ever since the incident, Sharma has become a subject of curiosity as he has started to wear a helmet everytime he drives his car. "I wear the helmet while I drive so that I'm not issued any more challans," Sharma said.
