According to the Daily Record, the Scottish champions are in ‘advanced talks’ to sign Sakala, who will be available on a free transfer this summer. KV Oostende, who finished fifth in Belgium’s Jupiler Pro League this season, have been keen to keep the striker but Rangers are willing to offer him a long-term deal.
