Supreme Court Special Officer Saifur Rahman confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune on Friday. The court ordered the deputy commissioner of Jessore to release the four children to their parents custody immediately within the night. The court also asked the concerned judicial magistrate of the district to appear before the High Court bench on October 11. On Tuesday, the girl’s father filed a case with Bakerganj police station accusing the four boys of raping his daughter.
