United are now focusing on getting a deal for the France international over the line having reportedly agreed personal terms with the defender. Varane is in the final year of his contract at the Bernabeu having rejected Real’s offer of an extension. He is expected to return to Madrid for pre-season training on Wednesday following his post-Euros summer break.
