Ration dealers to go on strike in November


more-inTelangana State Ration Dealers Welfare Association has announced that the dealers across the State will stop lifting the rations from November, in line with the call given by the national committee. Through a press release on Friday, the association demanded recognition of the dealers as government employees, and in the absence of such recognition, payment of a monthly honorarium ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000. A public meeting of the ration dealers will be held in the city on October 27 with these demands, the note informed.
