Mr. Rayaraddi said the department has not instructed any university to place orders to purchase marks card. “Based on the decisions of the Syndicate meeting, vice-chancellors and registrars place orders for purchase of marks cards. To ensure good quality marks cards and to avoid duplication, the department has only suggested to universities to obtain quality marks cards through government-owned Mysore Sales International Ltd. (MSIL). Ltd. to get high quality marks cards, he said.
