Rays Power Infra has signed the term sheet for a 283 MW DC solar PV project with Serentica Renewables, a renewable energy solutions provider to energy-intensive industries. Under the agreement, Rays Power Infra will execute the 283 MW DC solar PV project in Karnataka, with its scope encompassing engineering, procurement, and construction. Rays Power Infra has a commissioned portfolio of 1.30 GWp. It is executing solar parks and plants aggregating to 2 GW with expected commissioning in the next 24 months. It is also targeting its first battery energy storage system (BESS) project and the first floating solar project soon.
