Reading manager Leam Richardson says he will be "selective" with who he signs this January in an attempt to "build a culture" at the club. The Royals have only added Will Keane on loan this January window, but Richardson has promised that will not be the end of their business this month. "We are, (expecting more players to come in) we're working hard," Richardson told BBC Radio Berkshire. This is Richardson's first transfer window since becoming Reading boss in October. "We'll make sure that, just to reiterate, when we come out of this window we're stronger for it," Richardson added.
