We had the chance to discuss exactly these topics at the Global Commission Meeting by International Labor Organization few weeks ago. It is undebatable to see the need for a new social contract that puts people at the center and grounds its code of conduct on first and foremost our shared need to belonging. This is not only naïve pattern, but also impossible as the first step toward any kind of healing requires individual and relational acceptance. We need to figure out how to create space for the process of letting go; acknowledge the discomfort we will experience in pursue of freedom from pain.
