"Every entry represents someone who truly cares about our current and evolving food culture. Awards co-founder Kathie Sammons says the record entries are testament to the resilience and creativity of the New Zealand food industry. The awards’ medal winners will be named on April 14, with the category winners announced at the Champions Party on May 19 in Auckland.
