The UK has administered first doses to 55 per cent of its population and America 25 per cent - Germany does not even make the list of top 20 nations in terms of vaccination rates worldwide. 'You can't expect an over-80-year-old to fill out 10 pages and numerous consent forms and ask them to call a hotline to make an appointment. She made an astonishing plea for forgiveness as she said the plans were 'my mistake, and my mistake alone'.
