EDP Renovaveis, the world's fourth-largest wind energy producer, said on Wednesday recurring net profit rose 50 per cent in 2025, driven by strong US capacity expansion despite lower capital gains, while projecting a further increase in EBITDA this year.The renewables arm of Portugal's EDP said that recurring net profit, which excludes one-offs, reached 330 million euros ($389 million), beating the average forecast of 307 million euros by analysts polled by LSEG.Its recurring earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 17 per cent year-on-year to around 1.95 billion euros.
