A woman, known as DebbieW on the website, complained after she and her family were turned away from West Coast Rock Cafe. She claimed that staff refused to seat her family, which included two adults and six children, when they visited the restaurant before lockdown in October, LancsLive reports. The restaurant, which has a 4.5 out of 5 rating on TripAdvisor based on 1,973 reviews, wrote: "Thanks very much, we do own it! "There are a some very self obsessed people about that’s for sure."
