Assistant Attache Jim Anglemyer of the US Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Security Investigation paid a courtesy call on Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano and turned over checks worth $1,000 each as restitution to the victims of child exploitation on a convicted American child predator. In a statement, the mayor was said to be instrumental in helping locate the suspect identified as Steven Hadley Hassan. This will be followed by lifetime supervised release for sexually abusing minors to produce child pornography and transporting those images to the United States.
