The government wants all customs checks on goods entering Northern Ireland to be removed. But the problem is that this is part of an agreement which Mr. Johnson signed in 2020, and welcomed. Now Mr. Johnson, a Brexit supporter, is caught in a difficult situation, thanks to Brexit.
