It remains unclear who the white man in the photograph is, but witnesses including Reuters journalists said he had been participating in the rallies. Mr Hutchinson is believed to be a personal trainer who coaches elite athletes in Wimbledon, southwest London, and appears to also work in security according to his social media profile. They were reacting to the WWII Prime Minister's Parliament Square monument being defaced, with the word 'racist' scrawled on it during BLM protests earlier in the week. A white man pictured urinating near slain PC Keith Palmer's memorial amid the rallies was singled out for condemnation yesterday.
